The salad dressing tasted expired. This is the second time in a row. I want a refund for this salad.

The soup had hair in it. 2 long hair. Yuck. It ruined my appetite for the rest of my dinner also.

Burger bun was stuck to burger - couldn't put the lettuce and tomato - nor condiments into the burger.

No chopsticks in bag. No extra general tsos sauce on side We asked for not all vegetables, and both dishes came with vegetables.
